Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer service to Client's customers over the phone.
*Proactively promote and cross sell Client's products and services whenever possible.
*Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers.
*Demonstrate professionalism in telephone techniques that meet the Quality Assurance standards.
*Listen, probe and question in order to rectify and understand customer needs.
*Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels, i.e. with customers, peers and managers.
*Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Mail user guides, brochures to customers upon request.
*Work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups.
*Always ready to cover responsibilities for buddy and mentor.
*Provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
*Understand simple debit and credit and perform bill adjustments.
*Understand, analyse and calculate bill statement in order to provide clear explanations to customers.
Requirements:
*Full GCE ‘O’ with 5 credits above / ‘A’ level with credit in English with minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Fresh Diploma Graduates are welcomed.
*Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
*Possess email & mobile related knowledge.
*Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Computer literacy (E-mail applications, operates Windows 95/97).
*Strong numerical skills.
*Be highly adaptable to dynamic environment.
*Has a pleasant disposition and personality
*Effective team player.
